Case Description
The patient is an 82-year-old woman, who presented with a general
complaint about the overall condition of her mouth.
The oral exam shows a bad oral situation with several missing teeth. The
mandible had few remaining roots and some old restorations. The
remaining teeth were worn, with top-to-top occlusion and decreased
vertical dimension.
The complementary exams confirmed that there was enough bone for a
total mouth fixed rehabilitation, like the patient wanted.
