Augma Rewards – Terms & Conditions

The following information forms the core principles and essence of Augma (“Terms and Conditions”) are intended to protect both the Program members (“Members”), and Augma Biomaterials USA INC. (“Augma” or “Company”). It is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand the Terms & Conditions as participation will be governed by these guidelines.


  • The Company/Augma – Augma Biomaterials USA Inc.
  • Program – Augma Rewards is a reward program aimed at Members who purchase directly through website and, exclusively in the U.S. territory, members who make any direct purchase – via website or from Augma USA office through the customer service center/through Augma’s direct representatives.
  • Member – Any user who signed up to Augma’s website and the Augma Rewards Program.
  • Status – Indicates the level of the account. A status defines a list of benefits that the Member is entitled to.  
  • Base Points – The number of points which define the status. Every 1 USD  used to purchase Augma products equals 1 base point. Base points are not used to purchase products, but they define the tier and therefore the accumulation rate and benefits of it.
  • Reward Points – Points which are received with every purchase. Reward points can be used for purchasing products.
  • Milestone Bonus – A bonus in the form of points or a gift that is given upon qualifying to a certain tier. 
  • On-Demand Content – Educational content provided by Augma Bone Cement Academy (ABCA). In the context of reward points, a Member will receive reward points upon completing On-Demand Webinars and the Online Intro-Course.
  • Points Promotion – The ability to collect more points in a certain period with every purchase, for every user. The mechanism of points promotion is subject to a certain promotion, and may run from time to time  according to the Company’s sole discretion.
  • Referral – The action of a purchase by a new, non-registered Member following a referral from an existing member. A referral will be valid if and only if the existing Member has sent a non-registered member a unique hyperlink, and the non-registered member made a purchase from that link.


Augma Rewards is a loyalty program aimed at providing bonus points based on amount spent and educational activities done online. By signing up to Augma’s website, you are being automatically enrolled in the Augma Rewards program. Every purchase done through or Augma U.S. office (for U.S. customers) will result in added points to the Member account.

Augma Biomaterials USA INC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change, suspend, cancel or modify any aspect of Augma Rewards, in whole or in part, provided such changes do not affect negatively and significantly on the value of the Member’s Reward or Base Points at the time of the change.

The Program shall be governed by, and construed exclusively , in accordance with the Law of the State of Ney Jersey.

Any dispute shall be solved by arbitration. The arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in the State of New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


Augma Rewards is aimed solely for dentists and dental clinics. A valid account should have an authorized license number. In case of a dental clinic with multiple doctors, the membership points will be associated with the signed e-mail and license number. A Member may only submit one application for membership. At any case, Augma saves the right to accept or decline a request for the membership program.

A Member will need to provide the following information when signing up: a valid e-mail address, first name, last name, specialty, country and a valid license number as mandatory fields.  In addition, a Member can fill out their birthday month and date for receiving additional Program benefits.

All Points and subsequent Rewards must be gained, earned, and used in accordance with the rules and guidelines shown in the terms & agreement document.

A Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its access, including credentials and other account information, and will be solely liable for any and all activities under its account, except if caused by Augma willful misconduct or gross negligence. Member shall be responsible for keeping all account information up-to-date. Member agrees to notify Augma Customer Service immediately of any unauthorized use of the Member’s account or any other breach of security.


The Program is comprised of two types of points: Base Points and Reward Points.

Base Points define the Tier and the benefits of the Member.

Reward Points can be used only for the purposes expressly specified in these Terms & Conditions. A Member can earn Reward Points by doing the following actions.

  1. Every purchase done through the website or via the US office customer service (for U.S. customers only) rewards the Member in reward points.
  2. Consumption of On-Demand Content. On-Demand courses can be taken multiple times but will reward the Member only once.
  3. A Member will receive points when a non-registered member made a purchase directly from the referral link the Member shared.

Points should be updated under Member’s account within 24-48 hours after the action.

Shipping costs and taxes are not adding any Base and Reward points. Points will not be awarded on fraudulent, refunded or canceled transactions. If a product is returned for a refund, any Points earned or redeemed for the purchase will be handled in accordance with the return policy.

Points Conversion and Mechanism

Within each purchase the Member collects Base and Reward Points in the following formula.

Base Points Conversion – Every $1 spent, the Member receives 1 Base Point.

Reward Points Conversion –Every $1 spent, the Member receives a minimum of 5 Reward Points for a Member Tier, and a maximum of 10 Points for an Elite Member, excluding Points Promotions.

Reward Points used for Purchase Redemption – Every 150 Reward Points equal $1 value to purchase Augma via There is a minimum of 5,000 Reward Points for achieving a qualifying purchase.

Points Redemption

Points that are collected through Augma Rewards can only be redeemed on the Augma website and not through a third-party. In addition, any product purchased through a third-party is not eligible for points on the Augma website or by Augma direct activity. In the US, Augma Rewards will also apply on purchases done through Augma’s US customer service office.

A qualifying purchase is available when the member has over 5,000 reward points.

Points have no cash value. Points may be accumulated to earn Members a discount on qualifying purchases.

Conversion and payment of Points into cash or gift cards is not possible. Points can only be redeemed in the Member’s country of residence.

It is not possible to redeem Points during the same transaction in which they are earned, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms and conditions of an offer or promotion made by Augma.

Points can only be redeemed in the countries  where the Program is available.

If Points are credited to the Member’s Program Account by mistake, Augma has the right to cancel those points or remove such points from its account.

Augma will not tolerate deliberate or knowing misuse of such error by the Member, and such misuse may lead to immediate termination of the Member’s membership, and with that, loss of all earned Points, as well as a ban from future membership of the Program.

Augma has the right to terminate the Program membership or withdraw points and rewards.

Status Tiers

The Program contains 5 tiers. Each tier qualification rewards the Member with a milestone Reward Points bonus, and a better Base Points to Reward Points conversion rate. Any modification of the Program terms, tiers and benefits is up to Augma’s decision.

Qualification for the next tier requires a minimum number of Base Points.

Member Tier – 0 to 1,999 Base Points

Bronze Tier – 2,000-4,999 Base Points

Silver Tier – 5,000-9,999 Base Points

Gold Tier – 10,000-19,999 Base Points

Elite Tier – 20,000 Base Points or more


Milestone Bonus – With every qualification for the next tier the Member receives a certain number of Reward Points that can be used for purchasing Augma products.

Exclusive Milestone Tier Gift – Bases on the status, the Member receives a branded merchandise upon qualification to the next tier. Merchandise includes,  what the Company provides from time to time to its Members.

Complimentary CE Credits (U.S. Only) – Members receives complimentary CE Credits upon completing Augma On-Demand content.

40% Extra Reward Points on Birthday Month – Members receives 40% more points during Birthday month. Eligibility for the extra points requires the Member to fill-in their birthday when signing-up to the program. The birthday can be added after the initial set up through the My Account option, however once added the birthday can not be modified.

Free 2-Day Shipping – Elite members will be rewarded with complimentary fast shipping with every order made.

Earning Tier Status

Base Points accrual takes place from the first day of the calendar year for a period of a full year (January 1st-December 31st).

Maintaining Your Tier – Upon achieving a tier milestone, the Member is eligible for all tier benefits and will keep those benefits for the remainder of the current year and for a full consecutive year. Spending within the period of the calendar year defines the Tier Status for the consecutive year. For maintaining the Tier, the Member will need to reach the Milestone Base Points Tier as in the previous year.

Moving to a Higher Tier – The number of Base Points accrued during the period of 12 months will determine the tier in the following year. Members will receive a higher tier immediately after reaching the Base Points milestone. Until the end of the calendar year, Members will have the opportunity to move to a higher tier, until reaching the Elite Tier.

Points Expiration

Points will expire 24 months after the last purchase was made. A reminder will be sent and notification thereafter to notify the Member for the potential loss of points.

Points are not transferable under any circumstances, including in the case of death.


Augma collects, retains, and processes personal data about you in accordance with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable national data protection legislation.

Augma reserves the right to audit any and all accounts in the Program at any time, and without notice to the Member, to ensure compliance with the Program rules.

In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies or violations, the processing and / or use of Points or Rewards, may be delayed by us until the discrepancies or violations are resolved to our reasonable satisfaction. During such audit and until the result of such audit is available, Members may be prohibited from redeeming Points and using rewards, services, or benefits associated with the Program, as determined solely by us.

Liability And Limitation Of Liability

Neither Augma nor the Augma entities shall be liable for any loss, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees), accident, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of Points or Rewards.. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict Augma’s liability pursuant to applicable law.

Lost, stolen, or expired Points or Rewards will not be refunded, replaced, or extended.

If Augma, under these Terms and Conditions, or under applicable laws are deemed liable, the Member’s exclusive remedy shall be the reinstatement of lost Points or Rewards (the latter, if available, or such other reasonable, alternative, and comparable benefits as determined by Augma).


Augma reserves the right to terminate the Program and, with this, your membership, within 60 (sixty) days (with?) prior written notice given by email to the email registered to your Augma Rewards Account.

Augma also reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately upon notification sent to the email registered to Member’s account in case of breach of obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right not to give you the opportunity to remedy the breach if the breach is due to your misuse of the Program as called out in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Augma in its exercise of any legal or equitable rights or remedies.
