Sinus Lift
- Vertical lift – Place Augma Bond Apatite® in increments, packing with gauze pressure followed by a vertical condenser. Activate the Bond Apatite® and inject the material into a sterile dish. Press the material with a gauze, then break it into particles and reload it into the smart syringe or another bone carrier syringe. Fill the sinus cavity. When the last Bond Apatite® is in place, it can be condensed (elevated) by the implant.
- Lateral lift – The window opening has to accommodate the diameter of the Bond Apatite® smart syringe. Activate the syringe and wait for one minute. Inject the material into the sinus in the crestal direction. Pack the material in increments into the sinus. Compress after each application with a sterile gauze. Suction over the gauze to minimize moisture before placing the next increment. Once packing is complete and the material covers the access window, proceed to close the flap.
