Horizontal Bone Augmentation and Keratinized Tissue Gain in the Region of #46 (30)

The patient is a healthy, 48-year-old female who presented with the absence of tooth #46 (30).

Due to the lack of width and keratinized tissue, the treatment plan is divided into stages. The first stage involves horizontal augmentation with Augma Bond Apatite®.  This will help gain keratinized tissue and allow for placement of an immediate implant.

In the second stage, rehabilitation is done with a screw retained crown.
