The patient is 50 years old, with a severe bone deficit due to two fractured and infected upper premolars.
The teeth are extracted and the granulation tissue is removed. Bond Apatite® fills the defect. 4 months post-op there is new bone.
A second application of Bond Apatite® is placed and covered with Augma Shield™.
CBCT 4 months post-op shows bone regeneration and 2, 11.5 millimeter implants are placed.
