Initial CBCT images show the estimated ridge height as 1-2 mm below the sinus. The B.Y.2 diamond milling bur breaks through the sinus floor. Following the Augma Lift™ technique protocol, membrane elevation and augmentation are performed. Radiography shows implant placement 4 months post-op in newly formed bone.
