The patient is a healthy 56 year old male. He presents with root canals in teeth #11 (8) and #21 (9) root canaled, as well as bone resorption and fistulas. He complains of pain and dissatisfaction with aesthetics.
Treatment planning includes tooth extraction and immediate implant placement, bone grafting with Augma Bond Apatite® and immediate provisional crown loading.
4 months post-op the clinician performs a composite augmentation of the adjacent teeth, and impressions for the final two crowns.
Placement of the final crowns 6 months post-op.
