The patient is a young male with a bone deficit in the form of a vestibular concavity in the area of the upper lateral incisor. Bond Apatite fill the defect and enables treatment of implant dehiscence with a very simple surgical procedure, and always without membranes.CBCT 4 months post-op shows very good bone in the vestibular region of the implant.
