The patient is a 61-year-old nonsmoking male. He presents with mobility of tooth #28 (44) due to severe and spontaneous root resorption. Clinical and radiographic examinations (panoramic and CBCT) reveal a very mild infection. We decide to perform immediate implant placement following extraction.
