The patient is a 35 year old female, non-smoker and generally healthy. She came to my clinic with an aesthetical problem with the crown on the implant in positioning #44 (28). Implant was inserted in wrong position (too much vestibular) from the alveolar ridge, and crown was unacceptable for the patient. Treatment Planning included extraction, implant and GBR procedure using Bond Apatite®. Insertion new implant (BICON) and anchorage of the new crown.
