The patient is a healthy 45 year old female with complaints of halitosis and difficulty in chewing. She is embarrassed of her smile and desires a new smile and recuperation of her chewing function. During the intra oral examination it was verified that she had few remaining natural teeth, most of them with root canals and highly reconstructed . The treatment plan includes a first surgery with teeth extraction with placement of four implants with a removable overdenture with locator system. Followed by the rehabilitation of the upper jaw with a metal acrylic overdenture.
