Diagnosis: Granuloma and bone re absorption in septum and palatal root.

Treatment procedure:

1. Buccal Flap
2. Extraction
3. Curettage
4. Socket detox with BlueM gel for 3 minutes
5. Rinse with saline solution
6. Fill the Socket with Augma material
7. Close the socket with the flap with tension (suture polypropylene 5.0)
8. Protect the wound with BlueM gel
9. Maintenance: place BlueM gel three times a day for one week.
