Augma Lift™ staged sinus lift case using Augma Lift™ Kit A. The B.Y. diamond milling burs make it safer to drill into the sinus without perforating the Shneidarean membrane. The dedicated osteotomes are used to elevate the membrane 1mm by 1mm, and then pack the Bond Apatite® bone graft cement. Bond Apatite® is used in the sinus lift, therefore bone regeneration takes place and 4 months post-op implants are placed.
