A two-stage sinus lift using the Augma Lift Universal Kit (Kit A) when the initial bone ridge height is less than 4 mm.
At first stage, the procedure demonstrates a safe and predictable drill into the sinus while avoiding perforation of the Schneiderian membrane according to the Augma Lift protocol of osteotomy, gradual elevation and bone augmentation using Bond Apatite.
Four month later bone height is more than 4 mm which allows to repeat the process and complete it with implant placement.
