A 51-year-old patient comes to the clinic because he wanted the perfect smile. He has been traumatized with the aesthetics of this teeth for a long time, and now he wants the perfect smile. After oral evaluation different problems were identified: Missing teeth, teeth out of their natural position and lack of space/position for an aesthetic rehabilitation with natural teeth fixed prosthetics. The patient doesn’t want orthodontics. The patient is looking for a fast solution and perfect, functional smile. He lives in Switzerland.
Maxilla Planning: Extraction of all the remaining teeth with immediate placement of 5 implants. Immediate load and a temporary hybrid Prothesis. Placement of a final rehabilitation 5 months post-op.
Mandible Planning: Extraction of all the remaining teeth with immediate placement of 4 implants. Immediate load and a temporary hybrid Prothesis. Placement of a final rehabilitation 5 months post-op.
