A 55-year-old female patient completed her tooth alignment with Invisalign and now requires a solution for a fractured premolar. After conducting comprehensive examinations, including intraoral and extraoral clinical evaluations, photographs, CBCT, and orthopantomography, we decided to proceed with immediate implant placement and loading. Following a six-month healing period, Dr. Lucio takes final impressions and places a screw-retained ceramic crown. After crown adaptation of the premolar, we restored the canine with a composite veneer.
