The patient is a 56 year old female, healthy & nonsmoking. Presented with a mobile bridge in her upper front left region. The distal abutment of the bridge was a broken root with caries, swelling and discharge. Tooth #26 (14) was extracted years prior. The bridge is not aesthetic enough regarding teeth #21 (9) and #22 (10), and not in proper occlusion. Periapical lesion in tooth #22 (10) and PDL widening. The treatment plan started with cutting the bridge distal to #22 (10), extracting root #25 (13) and placing three tilted implants with immediate loading, preserving all the neighboring teeth.
