Patient: Female, 42 year old, non-smoker
The decision to extract was taken after an acute phase causing severe pain. The potential damage to the distal root of the 2nd molar have been considered. Socket grafting of #48 (32) with Augma Bond Apatite® (x 3) following the root treatment of #47 (31) is realized.
