Healthy 44 year old female presents with constant moderate pain on endodontically treated lower right first molar. Three months following lower right first molar endo re-treatment of MB and ML canals, the pain persisted. The lower right first molar was atraumatically extracted without any lingual or buccal flap. Immediate implant was placed with >50 N/Cm torque.
