The patient is a 57-year-old, healthy female. She complains of difficulty chewing due to her removable denture. She is ashamed to smile.
The first surgery is an All-on-X in the upper jaw. After a short period of healing, it was our objective to deliver the final prosthetics 7 months post-op.
Next is the rehabilitation of the upper jaw with a screw retained “I”BAR. Composite build up of the lower incisors and canines then rehab with a removable cromo cobalt denture on the lower jaw.
