The patient is 67 years old that came to my practice with his four lower incisors failing with mobility and pain .
To give me more time to study the case I prepared a Maryland of these four teeth and extracted them with immediate provisionalization with a Maryland temporary bridge.
The patient wanted a fixed solution for the lower jaw and after complimentary exams we decided to do a All on X solution with a immediate fixed metal acrylic denture in the healing phase and then a metal ceramic IBAR as the final Prothesis.
