The patient is a 67-year-old male, that presented with four failing lower incisors with mobility and pain.
Treatment includes extraction of the 4 teeth, and placement of a Maryland bridge.
The patient wanted a fixed solution for the lower jaw and after complimentary exams we decided to do a All-on-X solution with an immediate fixed metal acrylic denture in the healing phase and then a metal ceramic IBAR as the final prothesis.
