The patient is a 60-year-old female. She came to the clinic with atrophic posterior maxilla and highly infected periodontal tissue around teeth. In addition, she had severe periimplantitis around old implants and highly infected bilateral maxillary sinuses with a retention cyst. The treatment plan includes clearance and hybrid work, two zygomatic implants and 4 U-Type Surcam implants in the anterior area. Bone augmentation using Augma Bond Apatite® at the level teeth #23-25. Posterior teeth extractions 2 weeks before the implant surgery, minimizes the infection in the maxillae to prevent future infections and Oro-Antral Fistula.
